Rental terms

A short, honest overview of the rules that apply during your rental. If anything is unclear, message us.

01Required documents

  • Ukrainian passport or ID card. Foreign visitors: international passport.
  • Driving licence with category A.
  • An additional identity document: tax ID or second licence (Needs configuration).

02Driving licence requirements

  • Category A is required for every model in the fleet.
  • Minimum category A experience: 2 years (Needs configuration). Sport models: 4 years (Needs configuration).
  • Foreign licences are accepted together with an International Driving Permit.

03Minimum age

  • The minimum renter age is 21 years (Needs configuration).
  • For models over 150 hp: 25 years (Needs configuration).

04Deposit

  • The deposit is paid at pick-up in cash or by card.
  • Deposit amount: $500 — $1,500 (Needs configuration) depending on the model.
  • The deposit is refunded on the return day after inspection.

05Rental period

  • The minimum rental period is 1 day. Prices are per day.
  • Hourly rentals are not available.
  • Discount for rentals of 7+ days: 10% (Needs configuration).

06Pick-up and return

  • Motorcycles are handed over and returned at: 1 Example St, Lviv (Needs configuration).
  • Pick-up and return hours: 09:00 to 20:00 (Needs configuration).
  • At hand-over we give a briefing and record the motorcycle’s condition together.

07Fuel policy

  • The motorcycle is provided with a full tank and must be returned full.
  • If not refuelled, the fuel cost plus a $15 (Needs configuration) service fee is charged.

08Mileage

  • Daily mileage limit: 300 km (Needs configuration).
  • Each extra kilometre: $0.25 (Needs configuration).

09Travel outside Lviv

  • Travel within Ukraine is allowed, except for restricted areas.
  • Crossing the border: not allowed (Needs configuration).
  • Off-road riding is allowed only on adventure models on unpaved roads.

10Damage responsibility

  • The renter is responsible for damage during the rental, up to the excess amount.
  • Excess: $500 — $2,000 (Needs configuration) depending on the model.
  • Any accident must be reported to us and the police immediately.

11Insurance

  • All motorcycles carry mandatory third-party liability insurance.
  • Optional full cover: $15 / day (Needs configuration), reduces the excess to $200 (Needs configuration).

12Cancellation

  • Since no prepayment is taken, requests can be cancelled free of charge.
  • Please notify us at least 24 hours (Needs configuration) in advance.

13Late return

  • Allowed delay with notice: up to 1 hour (Needs configuration).
  • Beyond that: $20 / hour (Needs configuration); over 3 hours (Needs configuration) — an extra day is charged.

14Privacy policy

  • We only collect the data needed to process your rental request: name, phone, email and preferred contact method.
  • Your data is never shared with third parties and is used only to contact you about the rental.
